1. Scope of Services

Base Financiera provides professional guidance sessions ("Professional Services"), digital materials and tutorials ("Digital Products"), and tangible items ("Physical Products") designed for beginners.

2. Professional Services

Includes one-on-one or group guidance sessions, workshops, and personalized coaching. Scheduling and availability are subject to confirmation. Payment must be completed prior to the session date.

3. Digital Products

Includes e-books, video tutorials, and downloadable resources delivered via email or online portal upon payment confirmation.

4. Physical Products

Includes printed manuals and course kits shipped to the address provided at purchase.

5. Refund Policy

All reimbursement requests are subject to the following conditions based on service type.

5.1 Professional Services

Cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled session date qualify for a full reimbursement of fees paid. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the session or no-shows are not eligible for reimbursement due to resource planning. If you cannot attend, you may request a one-time rescheduling up to 3 days before the original session date, subject to availability.

5.2 Digital Products

You may request a reimbursement within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided no files have been downloaded or accessed. Once download or access has occurred, the purchase is final and not eligible for reimbursement.

5.3 Physical Products

Physical items may be sent back within 30 calendar days of delivery. To initiate a send-back, contact us via Contact Form. Items must be in their original condition. We will process the reimbursement within 14 calendar days after we receive the item you sent back, using the original payment method. Shipping back costs are the purchaser's responsibility unless the item is defective.

6. Payment

Payment methods accepted include major credit cards and approved digital wallets. All fees are exclusive of taxes and duties, which may apply at checkout.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised terms take effect when posted. Continued use of our offerings after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
